A Simple, Transparent Split and Cap That Favors Producers
At Real, the brokerage model is designed so productive agents can keep more of what they earn, instead of watching their profits disappear into splits, caps, and junk fees.
Key points to highlight in bullet form:
- Standard 85/15 split – you keep 85%, 15% goes to the brokerage
- A low annual cap (for solo agents and team leaders)
- Reduced caps for team members and mega-team members
- No monthly desk or franchise fees – you’re not paying rent for an office you don’t use
After you hit your cap, you keep 100% of your commissions and just pay flat, predictable transaction fees per closing
No monthly desk or franchise fees; costs are primarily per-transaction.

$750 annual brokerage fee spread over first 3 deals ($250 each)
$40 compliance / broker review fee per transaction (includes E&O).
