We believe in training agents at all levels to ensure their success in all of their career endeavours. Our mentorship program is designed to help aspiring team leads build confidence in training and supporting a group of agents, build the skill needed to be a strong team leader within Rise.
What is a mentor?
A mentor is an agent who will help train agents enrolled in the New Agent Bootcamp. Throughout this 8 week bootcamp, the mentor will be responsible for daily agent check ins, holding new agents accountable for completing all training exercises and attending meetings.
Who can be a mentor?
Your production is still center stage. Real’s split and cap structure is designed so serious agents keep more of their GCI while still having full brokerage support, tech, and compliance behind them.
How are mentors compensated?
When you attract agents to Real and support their success, you can earn a portion of the company dollar from the deals they close. It’s not about recruiting for the sake of recruiting — it’s about being rewarded for mentoring and building a strong network of producing agents.

Build a Team with The Rise Group
After mentoring 3 groups with our team lead, Rise will help you build your team using trained agents coming out of our bootcamps and will help support their continued success with access to team leads.
Rise wants to help you build a team, while making sense for you financially
Splits with the team are based on production and experience, dropping off completely once certain milestones are met.
Coaching
Our team leaders will be invited to attend a monthly leadership meeting with Elite, Tom Ferry Coach.
