Tuesday Mornings at 10:00am
Join us in person or on zoom while we review team successes, upcoming listings, local market stats, local events and tours, upcoming trainings.
Directly following our team meeting, we will hold weekly role play calls for practicing scripts and improving our presentation skills. During this call we will utilize Shilo to grade our performance and give us constructive feedback on how to improve.
This is an open call where agents can jump into the zoom and ask questions on how to use any of our team systems and get assistance on execution.
The 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month, we will have an in person social media and video mastermind. This training is designed to be in person so that content can be made during the meeting. Event location will be listed in the calendar.
Form changes? New laws? We've got you covered. Legal updates will always be covered in our weekly team meeting on Tuesday. Be sure to check the agenda weekly to ensure you stay updated!
Can't make it to a conference? No problem! The Monday following any conferences, we will to a full breakdown on speakers and takeaways from the event.
This is an 8 week training program which teaches newer agents the essential skills needed for converting and working with clients. A mentor will be designated for the bootcamp to help guide agents through their first three transactions.
Mentorship is required on your first 3 transactions.
- Sale #1: 50/50 split with mentor
- Sale #2: 60/40 split with mentor
- Sale #3: 70/30 split with mentor
This training is included in the new agent bootcamp, but is intended for agents who have been in the business, successfully pass our contract readiness test, and would like to receive team leads.
All team leads are subject to a 50/50 team split.
Interested in becoming a mentor or a team lead? Our mentorship program is designed to provide additional compensation to agents willing to train and support agents going through our New Agent Bootcamp.
Be a mentor to 3 Bootcamp classes, and begin to receive agent recruits to help you grow your team.
